Therefore, the rotating diameter changes from 1250 mm to 1270 mm, the gap between hammer head and shell plate changes from 25 mm to 15 mm, and the gap between hammer head and hammer head decreases by 15 mm. Therefore, the discharging granularity of the crusher can be reduced from 20 mm to 25% of the original powder material. The crushing effect of the crusher is greatly improved and the output at table time is increased. In the design of this equipment, the factors such as various hardware of crusher, fragility of material and granularity are taken into account, so the hammer head is universal, but the metal hardness is relatively large and fragile. Based on this reason, the hammer head structure of crusher is improved, and the crushing effect and the service life of hammer head are greatly improved.
